*We book appointments by blocks of hours which are all inclusive. our team charges hourly rates based on their education, experience, specialties, skill & demand

1 HOUR

Your choice of:

• Haircut (see below, not all haircuts are 1 hour)

• dry cut/dry curly cut no at home education

• Toner/Gloss

• Blow out/ style

  1.5 hour

• haircut & beard trim

• transformational haircut/new long haired client (some of our team require 1.5 hr for new long haired clients, please look over our crew page to make sure you are booking appropriately)

2 HOUR

Your choice of:

• Dry curly haircut with cleanse, diffuse & education (recommended for new clients)

• Root touch up and haircut

• haircut & hot towel shave w/face steamer

• face framing highlights and haircut

3 HOUR

Your choice of:

• Root touch up and half highlight

• Blonding or highlights/balayage

• mini Block color

• Plus haircut if time allows

4 HOUR

Your choice of:

• Virgin full blonding or highlights/balayage

• Vivids/ creative color

• Transformation

• Plus haircut if time allows

• Consultation required

  NOTE:

  All session times are subject to change based on consultation, time booked, haircut, creative involvement, and unexpected color challenges.

CANCELATION POLICY:

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO OUR GUESTS, WE DO REQUIRE MINIMUM 48 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT. SHOULD YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE, A 100% cancellation FEE DOES APPLY AND WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE-this applies to missing appointments due to illness or covid-thank you for respecting our livelihood.

SERVICE RE-DO POLICY:

WE STRIVE TO OFFER OUR GUESTS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF GUEST SATISFACTION. IF YOU ARE HAVING CHALLENGES WITH YOUR CUT OR COLOR, LET US KNOW WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR VISIT AND WE ARE HAPPY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DATE. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES AS A RESULT OF A CHANGE OF MIND OR DIRECTION WITH HAIRCUT OR COLOR.
